Andarias city

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko had covered Balthazar's eyes so that he didn't know precisely where they were going, though, knowing Balthazar, he probably noticed that they walked past the Graveyard (she noticed him try to walk toward it when they were close). When she saw the broad gates to Andarias City, she smiled, ushered Balthazar forward and uncovered his eyes.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar looked at the city. "Andarias city." He turned to her "They do not like me here. I do not follow their religious..ways." He said looking at a large statue of macrendices distastefully.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: "Ok, I'm sure they'll warm up to you eventually. You haven't really trid, have you?" Naoko said cheerily, dragging him through the gates.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar's lip curled slightly "Why should I try?" He muttered and allowed himself to be dragged through. He longed for his hood and cloak at that moment for his tattoo's showed who he believed in, people on the street crossed it to avoid him.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko greeted the people as she saw them, all the while holding onto Balthazar's arm so that he couldn't get away, "Here looks good, I hope you like music, Balthazar."
She knocked twice on the door of an old fashioned tavern and a small shutter opened and two beady eyes looked out, "What you want?"
"Access.. please?" Naoko bit her lip innocently.
There was a pause, then the shutter closed, the doors swung open and Naoko grinned broadly, "Come on, this will be fun!"
As soon as the Mercenery and Necromancer entered the tavern, the cheery music and dancing halted. A stale silence pressed in through the tobacco smoke.
"Back to your drinks ladies and gents, he's with me!" Naoko called out, there was a hesitant pause then the band began to play again and everyone turned back to their drinks and games of chance.

2006-12-10 [silent_voice]: Balthazar had a cold chill that went down his spine. He looked at Naoko "Why am i here?" He said coldly, he hated parties and get togethers like this, Balthazar was one that sat in a room quietly, either working or doing some form of experimentation. He looked around the room and his eyes narrowed. "There is an intent against me here. I can feel it."

2006-12-10 [NthroSptn]: "They won't try anything so long as I'm here." Naoko warned, "they have encountered my.. charms before." Her face lightened, "Besides, if you have fun, you're welcome to be in here, no matter your affiliation." She walked to the bar and took a seat between two gruff looking characters. "Hey, bub. Wanna scooch over a bit so my friend can grab a drink?" she asked them, giving one of them a prod.
"Wha if I don' wanna move fer yer.. necro freak?"
"Believe me, you want to." Naoko repleid in a friendly tone, elbowing him aside, "Balthazar, come on, what do you take? Mead? Brew? Spirits?" she joked.

2006-12-10 [silent_voice]: Balthazar stared at the mann and sized him up. "Fun huh? Alright, ill have some fun." He walked up to the man and smirked in his face "Necrofreak, thats really origional. Did your mother tell it to you or did you write it on the back of your hand. No wait, monkeys dont know how to write." He gave a small smile of satisfaction and raised his eyebrows, as if begging the man to try and hit him.

2006-12-10 [NthroSptn]: The man stood and clenched a large fist, but it wasn't his knuckles that connected with Balthazar's face, Naoko cursed at how hard Balthazar's cheek was, "Damnit!"
Several men laughed, "Shut up you guys.." Naoko muttered, tossing some gold to the barman, "Balthazar.." she reasoned, "Don't pick fights please. There are ways of having fun other than bar brawls. Even then, I start them." She smiled then rubbed her knuckles tenderly. She handed a pint of frothy amber liquid over to Balthazar and downed one herself.
The barman chuckled, "Ah Neki, ya gotta learn to let the men have their end."
"Not this time, we're here to have fun." Naoko replied, "Might teach Balthazar here some moves of my own."

2006-12-10 [silent_voice]: Balthazar grinned and cracked his neck "That isnt fair" He downed the liquid "Barfights. Hmm.. Sounds fun, and you know im always up for a fight, i like blood." He seemed unfazed by Naoko's punch. "Ill get you back for the punch though, dont you worry." He said chuckling lightly. He looked around the bar at everyone. "Alright, barfight later. After you've shown me this, fun."
